Anxiety, fears, emotional overload, pressure and coping with stressful situations.
Shlomi Weinberger
Psychotherapist | LiCBT · ACT · ADHD
Psychotherapist integrating LiCBT, ACT, and tools from the worlds of art and music to support inner harmony, self-connection and personal growth. I believe in a tangible, personal and creative therapeutic dialogue, adapted to each person’s needs, values and goals, within a safe and supportive environment.
A Few Words About Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a process built on the relationship and dialogue between therapist and client, within a safe space that allows us to explore what we feel, think and experience.
It is a place where you can bring a difficulty, a question, a sense of being stuck or a wish for change, understand yourself and the patterns that accompany you more clearly, and gradually develop new ways of coping.
Therapy can combine conversation, reflection, and practical and experiential tools, according to the person, their needs and their pace.

Therapy Can Begin With Words, and Sometimes Experience Opens a New Way.
I believe therapy is, first and foremost, a human encounter. A safe space where we can pause, listen, understand what is happening within us, and meet thoughts, emotions and patterns in a different way.
We will talk, listen and try to understand. Sometimes we may give a feeling a shape, work with color or creative materials, write, use music or other tools, depending on the person and the situation. These can open another way to meet something that is difficult to express through words alone.
You do not need to know how to draw, play music, or be a “creative person.” Creative tools are simply another way to observe, experience and work with what is happening inside.
Every person is different, as are their needs and their path. Therapy is therefore shaped and adapted to the individual and what they need.Areas of Support and the Therapeutic Space
I am a psychotherapist with experience working with a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My therapeutic work integrates principles and tools from LiCBT, Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and ACT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, alongside work with attention and concentration, art, music and experiential tools, according to the person and their needs.
I see the person as a whole, including the connection between thoughts, emotions, behavior, the body and life outside the therapy room. The aim is to create a personal, adapted space that makes it possible to understand, cope, choose and create change in a way that fits the individual.
Coping with low mood and mild to moderate mood difficulties.
Attention and concentration, procrastination, organization, motivation, setting goals and following through on them.
Building self-confidence, working with self-criticism, fear of failure or success, and feeling stuck.
Recognizing patterns of response and developing additional ways to cope with emotions and complex situations.
Changing limiting habits, making decisions, building motivation, setting goals and moving toward them.
Coping with pressure, comparison, expectations and the tension between achievement and a sense of self-worth.
Support in coping with ongoing physical conditions, including chronic pain, fibromyalgia and irritable bowel syndrome, and with their impact on emotions, daily functioning and quality of life. Pain and ongoing physical conditions can affect mood, stress levels, sleep, functioning and relationships. The therapeutic process can help with coping with these effects and developing ways to live alongside the difficulty.
Therapeutic support for artists, musicians, singers, actors, creatives, producers, and content and media professionals dealing with creative blocks, pressure and exposure, performance anxiety, self-criticism, competition, fear of failure or success, and the emotional challenges that can accompany a creative life and work in front of an audience.

Not every person needs the same tools, and not every therapeutic process needs to look the same.
Depending on the person and their needs, therapy can combine conversation, practical tools, reflection and experiential processes that support self-expression, understanding and change.
The aim is to find together the approach that fits the person, their pace and what they need at each stage of the process.
Sometimes the Therapy Room
Is Also a Studio.
The space where I work allows us, when it suits the person and the process, to step outside the traditional format of conversation alone.
We can use music and musical instruments, color and materials, writing or other creative approaches. Sometimes working in a tangible way makes it possible to meet an emotional experience from another angle and give expression to something that is difficult to reach through words alone.
The space can also be especially relevant for artists, performers and creatives, for whom creativity, exposure and working in front of an audience are a meaningful part of life. Alongside the creative work, there may also be pressure, self-criticism, blocks, competition, and fear of failure or success, all of which can have a place within the therapeutic process.
